Cette thèse explore des questions fondamentales en gravité quantique à travers l'holographie, employant des méthodes semiclassiques pour sonder la structure des micro-états de la gravité et extraire la physique locale du bulk à partir d'observables de bord. Le thème unificateur est l'utilisation systématique des limites semiclassiques d'intégrales de chemin quantiques pour la gravité et les champs quantiques, chacune révélant différents aspects de la dynamique quantique sous-jacente. Un nouveau point de selle gravitationnel est identifié qui correspond à une observable spécifique pour la cosmologie holographique, et des actions de ligne d'univers de particules uniques sont employées dans la limite haute énergie pour révéler comment la géométrie locale du bulk émerge des fonctions de corrélation de bord.Trois résultats principaux sont obtenus de ces investigations. Premièrement, un nouveau point de selle de l'intégrale de chemin gravitationnelle tridimensionnelle comportant une région cosmologique est découvert, contribuant à une nouvelle observable à gros grain qui capture les corrélations entre micro-états gravitationnels de masses différentes. Deuxièmement, un formalisme de Hamilton-Jacobi est développé pour étudier les empreintes de bord des cônes de lumière du bulk, établissant comment la causalité et la géométrie du bulk peuvent être reconstruites à partir d'hyperboloïdes de bord. Troisièmement, un dictionnaire entre la physique du bulk et du bord est construit en utilisant des paquets d'ondes gaussiens et des observables inclusives pour extraire les processus de diffusion locaux du bulk à partir des fonctions de corrélation de bord. Ces développements démontrent comment les méthodes semiclassiques illuminent la structure fondamentale de la gravité quantique, des statistiques des micro-états gravitationnels à l'information géométrique locale encodée dans les théories holographiques de bord
