Ushbu maqolada o‘pkaning surunkali obstruktiv kasalligini (O‘SOK) rivojlanishida davomli yallig‘lanish jarayonlari va bronxial remodellash o‘rtasidagi patogenetik o‘zaro bog‘liqlik tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot yondashuvi yallig‘lanish mediatorlari faolligining bronxial to‘qimalarda kuzatiladigan morfologik o‘zgarishlar — bazal membrana qalinlashuvi, kollagen yig‘ilishi va silliq mushak qatlamining kengayishi bilan qay tarzda birgalikda kechishini aniqlashga qaratildi. Klinik, funksional va gistomorfologik ko‘rsatkichlarni solishtirish orqali surunkali yallig‘lanish jarayoni O‘SOKning qaytmas progressiyasidagi yetakchi o‘rni ko‘rib chiqildi.
