La présente étude explore les modalités d’application et les effets de la technologie numérique dans les services de soins infirmiers de la hiérarchisation des soins. À travers l’analyse de solutions numériques dans trois domaines clés : la gestion des maladies chroniques, la rééducation postopératoire et les soins aux personnes âgées, il ressort que des technologies comme l’Internet des objets et l’intelligence artificielle peuvent améliorer significativement les capacités de soins au niveau de base et optimiser la répartition des ressources. Cette étude fournit une référence pratique pour perfectionner le système de soins infirmiers de la hiérarchisation des soins et propose de renforcer le soutien politique ainsi que l’innovation technologique, afin de promouvoir le développement intelligent des services infirmiers.
