Abstract
Cet article présente les résultats d’une étude participative axée sur les services post-hébergement pour les femmes montréalaises. L’étude visait à documenter les facteurs associés aux transitions post-hébergement et à identifier des pistes d’action pour soutenir celles-ci. Un café du monde mené auprès de 40 personnes a permis de dégager trois actions prioritaires : 1) cibler le soutien pratique, matériel et financier pendant la transition ; 2) développer la pair-aidance et 3) développer l’intervention pivot en post-hébergement. Le développement de pratiques d’intégration communautaire alternatives par et pour les femmes en transition est une priorité pour l’intervention et la recherche.
