Abstract
La planification stratégique constitue un outil d’évaluation et de gestion omniprésent dans les organismes communautaires depuis plusieurs décennies. Cependant, cette dernière reste peu documentée et fréquemment mal appliquée auprès de ces organismes. Sur la base d’un récit de pratique, cet article illustre une planification stratégique mise en oeuvre dans un organisme communautaire de Québec. Les leçons tirées de cette expérience, notamment sur les retombées et les limites de ce processus, sont discutées en conclusion afin de soutenir la transposition de la démarche dans d’autres organismes communautaires et son appropriation comme levier d’ empowerment .
