Lors de ces échanges nocturnes, nous avons présenté notre recherche sur les DJ de genres féminin et non-binaire évoluant dans le milieu de la musique électronique à Montréal. Notre recherche explore les expériences d’injustice épistémique vécues par ces DJ, qui entraînent une dévalorisation systématique de leurs compétences techniques et, par conséquent, des difficultés à se faire reconnaître comme des musicien.ne.s légitimes. Dans un premier temps, nous illustrons les formes d’injustice épistémique qu’elles subissent à travers des situations vécues ou observées lors de nos séances d’observation sur le dancefloor. Dans un second temps, nous expliquons les tactiques qu’elles utilisent pour naviguer dans ce milieu et établir des réseaux d'entraide dans les marges.
