Abstract
CD73 catalyzes the conversion of ATP into immunosuppressive adenosine in the tumor microenvironment. Stromal CD73 may modulate anti-tumor immunity and influence therapy response. We examined stromal CD73 expression and its associations with clinical features, immune biomarkers, and pathological complete response (pCR) at surgery in early-stage, high-risk luminal B-like breast cancer patients from the randomized Neo-CheckRay trial (NCT03875573).
