Open Diplomacy is the application of public international law (PIL) open court's open ethics open justice and its open source technologies to the field of diplomatic relations. It was secure operationally developed (DevSecOps) through decades of awarded planetary world glocal multinational international and intranational intercultural welfare humanitarian social solidarity economy (SSE) projects to be compiled for the Geneva Unitarian Universalist Office at the United Nations (UU@UN) and Quaker United Nations Office (QUNO), during the United Nations Universal Declaration of the Human Rights Seventh Fifth Anniversary (UN UDHR+75), using the semantic web ontology (SWO) technologies I assist to deploy worldwide along the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), Open Data Institute (ODI), and International Association for Ontology and its Applications (IAOA).
