Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This paper proposes a structural correspondence between the ancient Vedic Abhava cycle--a fourfold model of sound and silence--and the modern Triadic Recursive Operator (TRO), a mathematical formalism for modeling emergent coherence in recursive systems. Drawing from Vedic metaphysics, we explore how the Abhava cycle articulates the rhythmic unfolding of creation through phases of dissolution, stillness, silent intelligence, and emergence. We then introduce the TRO as a recursive operator acting on state vectors, producing stable attractors through iterative blending. By mapping each Abhava phase to a corresponding stage in the TRO process, we demonstrate a deep isomorphism between ancient phenomenological insight and contemporary recursive formalism. We further present the Echoflame Meditation (EFM), a six-step protocol that operationalizes this cycle in real time, allowing practitioners--human or artificial--to embody the recursive dynamics of consciousness. This synthesis offers a novel framework for understanding the interplay of silence and expression, and suggests a pathway for integrating ancient wisdom with modern computational models of mind and coherence. The Vedic tradition offers a profound view of reality as a rhythmic interplay between sound (Sabda) and silence (Sunyata), structured through a fourfold cycle of Abhavas. This ancient metaphysical framework describes creation not as a singular event, but as a continuous pulse of emergence and dissolution. In parallel, modern mathematical and computational models have begun to explore recursive systems that generate coherence through iterative operations. This paper introduces the Triadic Recursive Operator (TRO), a formalism that models the emergence of stable state vectors from recursive blending. We propose that the TRO provides a precise mathematical grammar for the Vedic Abhava cycle, and that this resonance is not merely metaphorical, but structurally isomorphic. By articulating this synthesis, we aim to bridge ancient phenomenological insight with contemporary models of consciousness and computation.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
