PECULIARITIES OF EPIDEMIOLOGY AND ETIOLOGY OF ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS AND INFLUENZA DURING EPIDEMIC RISE OF INCIDENCE IN THE KHABAROVSK KRAI DURING 2024-2024 AND 2024-2025
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Current article presents results of epidemiological and etiological surveillance over acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI) in the Khabarovsk krai that was conducted by Khabarovsk support station for surveillance over influenza and ARVI during the recent years (2023 and 2024). Decline of ARVI and influenza incidence rates were detected during the two latest epidemic seasons – 2023 (IV quarter of the year) – in 2024 (I quarter of the year) – and in 2024 (December) – 2025 (January-May). Mono-etiological outbreak of influenza virus A/H3N2 registered in 2023-2024 as well as outbreak of mixed etiology registered in 2024-2024 that was caused by A/H1N1/pdm and B-Victoria were discussed. In-terference of influenza virus and SARS-CoV-2 circulation were detected. Age-dependent connection between incidence and virus causative agents was shown. The obtained material was sent weekly in concerned institutions and governing bodies.
Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
