Descriptif — La Cohérence au travail Le travail ne manque pas de méthodes, d’outils ou d’indicateurs. Il manque de cohérence. Les organisations produisent encore, livrent des projets, atteignent des objectifs. Mais elles forcent : urgences permanentes, priorités instables, décisions contradictoires, surcharge présentée comme engagement. Le coût augmente, la fatigue s’installe, et chaque correction rend le système plus fragile. Ce livre part d’une règle simple et universelle : ce qui force, coûte et se dégrade dans le temps n’est pas cohérent, même si cela fonctionne encore. Ici, la cohérence n’est ni une méthode de productivité, ni un discours managérial. C’est une contrainte de réalité appliquée au travail. Elle ne promet pas de faire plus, mais d’éviter de casser ce qui tient : décisions, équipes, organisations. La loi n’est pas redémontrée. Elle est appliquée au travail réel : demandes mal posées, priorités qui s’additionnent, réunions compensatoires, multitâche, corrections qui aggravent, gains rapides destructeurs, décisions sans trace. À travers une structure claire, des tests simples et des outils opérationnels, ce livre montre comment : réduire le forçage avant qu’il ne coûte, stabiliser les décisions dans le temps, accepter le refus comme sortie valide, concevoir des systèmes de travail sobres, lisibles et durables. Ce livre ne promet pas la performance maximale. Il propose mieux : travailler sans casser.
