Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ (1) ศึกษาองค์ความรู้และวิเคราะห์เอกลักษณ์ของภูมิปัญญาการแกะสลักหนังวัวในตำบลคลองไก่เถื่อน อำเภอคลองหาด จังหวัดสระแก้ว (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นและความต้องการของผู้บริโภคกลุ่มสินค้าไลฟ์สไตล์ที่มีต่อผลิตภัณฑ์จากการแกะสลักหนังวัว และ (3) พัฒนาต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์โดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบมีส่วนร่วม รวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม และการระดมสมอง กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาถอดเทปแบบคำต่อคำและใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา เพื่อสรุปประเด็นสำคัญตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ความรู้และภูมิปัญญาการแกะสลักหนังวัว มีรากฐานจากศิลปะหนังตะลุงของจังหวัดพัทลุง ได้รับการปรับประยุกต์ให้เหมาะสมกับบริบทท้องถิ่นภาคตะวันออก ในด้านลวดลาย เทคนิค และการถ่ายทอดความรู้ เน้นบูรณาการอัตลักษณ์เชิงพื้นที่ของจังหวัดสระแก้ว ได้แก่ ลวดลายหน้ากาลและหน้าคนจากปราสาทสด๊กก๊อกธม และลายผีเสื้อจากอุทยานแห่งชาติปางสีดา มาประยุกต์ใช้ในการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์แกะสลักหนังวัว ส่งผลให้เกิดเอกลักษณ์ใหม่ที่สะท้อนทั้งคุณค่าทางศิลปวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นร่วมสมัย ในส่วนของปัญหาพบว่า มีการสืบทอดภูมิปัญญาที่ลดลง ความนิยมของผู้บริโภคที่เสื่อมถอย และปัญหาด้านวัสดุและต้นทุนการผลิต 2) ผู้บริโภคมีแนวโน้มสนใจผลิตภัณฑ์แกะสลักหนังวัว ที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่นของจังหวัด โดยเฉพาะลายปราสาทสด๊กก๊อกธมและลายผีเสื้อจากปางสีดา ต้องการให้พัฒนาเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ใช้ได้จริงและเป็นของที่ระลึก เช่น พัด พวงกุญแจ โคมไฟ และของตกแต่งบ้าน 3) ผลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ต้นแบบ 3 ผลิตภัณฑ์สะท้อนความโดดเด่นโดยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมได้แก่พัด ผีเสื้อสตาฟ และโคมไฟ
