Titre : La Cohérence · Les bonnes résolutions 2026 — Hors-série Description : Ce White Book propose un cadre minimal et universel pour aborder les « bonnes résolutions » autrement. Plutôt que d’ajouter des objectifs, il introduit un critère unique : la cohérence, définie comme une contrainte de réalité applicable à tous les domaines sans distinction. Information, médias, programmes politiques, intelligence artificielle, travail, relations humaines, décisions personnelles : les contextes changent, mais les mécanismes d’échec restent identiques. L’acceptation simultanée d’éléments incohérents conduit au forçage, à l’augmentation des coûts et à la dégradation dans le temps. Ce document ne propose ni méthode de développement personnel, ni morale, ni optimisation de performance. Il formalise un filtre opérationnel permettant de distinguer ce qui tient dans la durée de ce qui exige une compensation permanente. Le hors-série constitue un point d’entrée transversal à la série « La Cohérence ». La loi n’y est pas redémontrée : elle est appliquée comme critère de refus, de bornage ou d’autorisation. Principe central : Tout ce qui force, coûte ou se contredit dans le temps doit être refusé. Objectif : Réduire le bruit décisionnel, restaurer la continuité, et permettre des trajectoires stables sans effort héroïque.
