ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА МАЛОРАСПРОСТРАНЕННЫХ БОБОВЫХ КУЛЬТУР И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ ИХ ВЫРАЩИВАНИЯ В ДОНЕЦКОМ КРАЕ

Abstract
Исследования хозяйственно ценных растений семейства Fabaceae коллекции Донецкого ботанического сада проводили с целью охарактеризовать био-хозяйственные признаки видов и сортов зернобобовых овощных и кормовых культур: Cicer arietinum L., Glycine max L. Merr., Lablab purpureus (L.) Sweet, Lathyrus lacteus (М. Bieb.) Wissjul., L. sativus L., Lens culinaris Medik., Trigonella coerulea (Desr.) Ser., T. foenum-graecum L., Phaseolus vulgaris Savi., P. multiflorus Wild., Vicia faba L., Vigna radiata (L.) Wilcz. на пригодность к выращиванию в степной зоне РФ. При выращивании в условиях степной зоны растения проходят полный цикл развития, завязывают полноценные семена, выдерживают кратковременные явления дефицита влаги. Период вегетации составляет от 100 до 120 дней. Биоморфологические и хозяйственные признаки культур соответствуют пределам нормы для сельскохозяйственных растений. Отмечены перспективность выращивания и особенности агротехники в открытом грунте 11 малораспространенных культур. Описаны хозяйственные признаки 2 отечественных, 5 зарубежных сортов и 4 селекционных форм, перспективных для культивирования в природно-климатических условиях края: P. vulgaris (Красная Шапочка, Пурпурная королева, Borlotto di Vigevano, Canadian Wonder, Yin Yang, селекционные формы Gyori-D3 и Jates-D1) и V. faba (Грин Хангдалн, Дольче, селекционные формы Бельгийские белые и Итальянские зеленые). Техническая спелость составляет 55-75 дней у кустовидных, до 80 дней у полувьющихся и до 110 у вьющихся фасолей, урожайность семян – 0,14-0,23 кг/м². Техническая спелость сортового материала V. faba составляет 56-60 дней, урожайность семян – 0,28-0,47 кг/м². Выращивание Lathyrus lacteus в условиях ex situ – один из путей его охраны и включения в ассортимент хозяйственно-ценных растений степной зоны.
