Abstract
Este trabajo de grado se llevó a cabo en el consultorio odontológico JIREH ubicado en Bogotá - Colombia en el barrio Villa Alsacia, para obtener el título de especialista en Gerencia y Auditoria de la Calidad de la Salud, durante el primer semestre del 2019. Está basado en la resolución 2003 del 2014, a partir del cual se crean los criterios mínimos de habilitación del servicio de salud. Objetivo: Preparar las condiciones de habilitación del consultorio odontológico JIREH de acuerdo a la resolución ya mencionada. Materiales y métodos: se aplicó una metodología descriptiva y evaluativa que pudo establecer de forma detallada si el consultorio cumple con los estándares de habilitación descritos en la norma. Se aplicó lista de chequeo y posterior un informe describiendo los estándares. Resultados: se pudo evidenciar que el consultorio cumple con un % de los estándares de habilitación y que solo un % falta por cumplir. Conclusión: como la norma es muy clara y dice que se debe cumplir con el 100% de los criterios establecidos en la norma y aún hay criterios que no cumple, no puede obtener la aprobación de habilitación
