Abstract
Trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số mạnh mẽ, việc ứng dụng trí tuệ nhân tạo trong giảng dạy ngôn ngữ mở ra nhiều cơ hội đổi mới phương pháp và nâng cao hiệu quả học tập. Bài viết phân tích tác động và hiệu quả của công cụ trí tuệ nhân tạo trong quá trình hỗ trợ người nước ngoài học tiếng Việt, qua nghiên cứu trường hợp sinh viên Ấn Độ tại Đại học Duy Tân. Phương pháp nghiên cứu kết hợp định lượng và định tính, với dữ liệu thu thập từ sản phẩm học tập và bảng hỏi khảo sát nhằm phản ánh trải nghiệm và đánh giá của người học. Kết quả cho thấy công cụ trí tuệ nhân tạo hỗ trợ tích cực việc học tiếng Việt, đặc biệt trong khâu xây dựng nội dung, phát triển ý tưởng và hỗ trợ kĩ thuật trong việc xây dựng các video bài học tiếng Việt ở trình độ B2. Từ đó, bài báo đề xuất các mô hình tích hợp trí tuệ nhân tạo trong phát triển năng lực tiếng Việt cho sinh viên nước ngoài, trong đó công nghệ đóng vai trò hỗ trợ, không thay thế giảng viên. Cách tiếp cận này góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đào tạo trong bối cảnh quốc tế hóa.
