Abstract
En Quebec, las medidas de vigilancia comunitaria buscan principalmente la reinserción social. Sin embargo, los incumplimientos están aumentando, contribuyendo a la sobrecarga del sistema judicial y penitenciario. Si bien la literatura ha comenzado a cuestionar el papel de las condiciones en estos incumplimientos, este artículo busca entender cómo, en su aplicación concreta, estas pueden convertirse en un obstáculo para la reinserción. Basado en una investigación cualitativa con 20 trabajadores comunitarios, el análisis identifica tres niveles de obstáculos vinculados a las trayectorias individuales, las prácticas profesionales y los marcos estructurales, y pone de relieve una distribución desigual de las responsabilidades entre las personas judicializadas, los profesionales y las instituciones.
