Wanita pada tahap dewasa awal dapat mengalami masa krisis, seperti perasaan cemas, ragu, bingung akan masa depan, yang disebut juga Quarter Life Crisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh Efikasi Diri dan Stereotip Gender pada wanita dewasa awal di Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif,. subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang responden, dengan kriteria wanita berusia 20 sampai 25 tahun di Kota Semarang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sample convinience sampling. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga skala yaitu skala Efikasi Diri, skala Stereotip Gender, skala Quarter Life Crisis berdasarkan aspek dari teori ahli yang digunakan. Menggunakan skala likert sebagai alat ukur dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket atau kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 26. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil uji regresi linear berganda efikasi diri dan stereotip gender menunjukkan signifikan sebesar 0,00. Selain itu hasil dari uji simultan (uji f) efikasi diri dan stereotip gender memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi uji simultan efikasi diri dan stereotip gender yang memperngaruhi quarter life crsis bernilai sebesar 0,64 atau 64%, sisa nilai sebesar 36% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan stereotip gender berperan penting dalam kondisis psikologis wanita dewasa awal yang mengalami Quarter Life Crisis.
