Abstract
Resumo: O objetivo desta pesquisa foi verificar os aspectos conceituais, os princípios e os elementos relacionados a governança corporativa e pública que podem ser utilizados na governança de plataformas logísticas. A pesquisa se classifica quanto ao objetivo como exploratória e o procedimento técnico utilizado foi a revisão bibliográfica. A abordagem da pesquisa foi qualitativa. Considerando as características das plataformas logísticas localizadas na Europa baseadas nos relatórios técnicos Feasibility of Freight Villages in the NYMTC Region e An Exploration of the Freight Village Concept and its Applicability to Ontario e o levantamento bibliográfico sobre governança, identificou-se um conjunto de 30 princípios que podem colaborar na governança em plataformas logísticas. Os resultados do trabalho poderão ser utilizados para o desenvolvimento de novas observações e tornar ainda mais consistente o conhecimento que se tem acerca do desempenho da governança em plataformas logísticas
