Abstract
Le philosophe canadien Pierre Laberge, professeur à l'Université d'Ottawa durant quelques décennies, était un être d'une grande générosité humaine et "académique". Spécialiste de la philosophie kantienne, l'actualisation de cette dernière aussi bien que l'analyse immanente des textes absorbaient beaucoup ses pensées. Il est décédé prématurément, en novembre 1997 et cet ouvrage lui est "dédié". La plupart des articles du recueil proviennent d'amis et collègues du Canada, et de collaborateurs internationaux de l'Association des Sociétés de Philosophie de Langue Française (ASPLF) et de la Société d'Études Kantiennes de Langue Française. L'ouvrage est divisé en thèmes "rassembleurs": "Pierre Laberge in memoriam" avec l'avant propos des directeurs de la publication, et des sections portant sur l'éthique, l'esthétique, la philosophie politique, la philosophie théorique, l'anthropologie et l'axiologie.
