Abstract

Objetivo: Verificar a validade concorrente da Alberta Infant Motor Scale (AIMS) na telessaúde. Materiais e método: A amostra foi composta por lactentes, entre 0 e 18 meses de idade corrigida ou cronológica. Para avaliação foi aplicada a escala AIMS uma única vez, de três formas diferentes e simultaneamente: Telessaúde, presencial e por filmagem de vídeo. Concomitante a avaliação na Telessaúde, a avaliadora presencial estava no domicílio do lactente a ser avaliado. Para avaliação da filmagem, a avaliadora presencial posicionou uma filmadora em um tripé. Para análise estatística utilizou-se o software IBM Statistical Package for the Social Scienses- SPSS (versão 20.0) e nível de significância de 5%. Para a validade concorrente, foi realizado o teste de Correlação de Pearson ou de Spearman, conforme distribuição dos dados. A análise do Coeficiente de Correlação Intraclasse (CCI) foi realizada entre os três meios de avaliação. A análise de Bland Altman foi aplicada para analisar a concordância entre os escores das avaliações telessaúde, presencial e por filmagem. Resultados: Participaram deste estudo 30 lactentes com idade média de 39 ± 17 semanas. A análise da validade concorrente indicou uma correlação excelente entre os escores dos 3 meios de avaliação (presencial em relação a Telessaúde rho=0,951; a filmagem rho=0,942; Telessaúde em relação a filmagem rho= 0,965). O viés, para as três comparações, foi próximo a zero, com valor de p>0,05, o que mostra concordância entre os dados analisados. Conclusão: Este estudo conclui que a AIMS é válida e concordante para avaliação do desenvolvimento motor na telessaúde.
