Abstract
A partir de distintas nociones de intervencionismo y de la descripción de la situación económica venezolana durante los años 2016 y 2017 expuesta en los informes de la Comisión Económica para América Latina y el Caribe (CEPAL), analizaremos uno de los modos con los que intervino el Estado en la economía nacional entre los años 2017 y 2020, con el fin de determinar sus características, su constitucionalidad y su influencia en el mercado. Finalizando con unas consideraciones y recomendaciones en torno al tema.
