La COVID-19 a entraîné des perturbations considérables au sein des centres de services scolaires (CSS) du Québec et de leurs différents établissements d’enseignement. Plusieurs décisions importantes ont été prises par les gestionnaires en accord avec l’Institut de la santé publique du Québec afin qu’ils puissent poursuivre leur mission éducative. Cependant, comme il s’agit d’un sujet complexe, il nécessite un regard pluriel afin de mieux comprendre ses répercussions selon une approche multi-informateurs. Cette étude empirique examine les répercussions de la pandémie selon deux temps de mesure [printemps/automne 2021] auprès de différents acteurs d’un CSS : 1) les élèves [primaire, secondaire, formation professionnelle, formation générale des adultes]; 2) les parents d’élèves; 3) le personnel [enseignant, professionnel, de soutien, de direction]. Les résultats présentent des nuances importantes selon leur perception de cinq volets et selon la mesure de leur stress perçu.
