Abstract
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định hiệu quả của tỷ lệ phân NPK trong giai đoạn phát triển trái đến hiện tượng rối loạn sinh lý (RLSL) sầu riêng Musang King (MK) 7 năm tuổi tại xã Tân Bình, thành phố Cần Thơ trong vụ nghịch từ tháng 2 - 8/2024. Thí nghiệm được bố trí theo thể thức khối hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên với 6 nghiệm thức, 5 lần lặp lại, mỗi đơn vị thí nghiệm tương ứng với 1 cây. Thí nghiệm có 6 nghiệm thức là tỷ lệ phân NPK bón ở 3 thời điểm: 30, 45, 60 ngày sau khi đậu trái (NSKĐT), mỗi lần bón 1.000 g/cây. Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ phân NPK bón trong giai đoạn phát triển trái có ảnh hưởng đến thành phần khối lượng trái, năng suất trái, chất lượng trái và hiện tượng RLSL sầu riêng MK. Bón phân NPK tỷ lệ đạm cao (3: 1: 1 và 2: 1: 1) vào thời điểm 30, 45 NSKĐT và tăng tỷ lệ kali (2: 1: 3) vào thời điểm 60 NSKĐT giúp tăng năng suất nhưng làm tăng tỷ lệ RLSL (23,6 - 29,6%). Ngược lại, bón phân NPK có tỷ lệ đạm cao (2: 1: 1) thời điểm 30 NSKĐT, sau đó tăng tỷ lệ kali (2: 1: 3 và 1: 1: 3) vào thời điểm 45 và 60 NSKĐT vừa có hiệu quả nâng cao năng suất, chất lượng trái đồng thời giảm hiện tượng RLSL ở sầu riêng MK. Có thể bón phân NPK cho sầu riêng MK 7 năm tuổi theo tỷ lệ 2: 1: 1 thời điểm 30 NSKĐT) tỷ lệ 2: 1: 3 thời điểm 45 NSKĐT và tỷ lệ 1: 1: 3 thời điểm 60 NSKĐT với liều lượng 1 kg/cây/lần bón để đạt năng suất, chất lượng và giảm hiện tượng RLSL trong vụ nghịch.
