Abstract
L’objectif de cette revue est de recenser de façon systématique la littérature scientifique sur la notion de bienveillance à l’École en présentant les modalités de mises en oeuvre, les pratiques et postures professionnelles enseignantes bienveillantes et leurs retombées. Considérée comme un lieu irremplaçable de la transmission des savoirs, l’École d’aujourd’hui peine à mettre en oeuvre les missions qui lui sont confiées. La notion de bienveillance a été définie sans s’accompagner de pratiques pédagogiques permettant aux enseignant·e·s d’incarner ce concept au quotidien. Si des activités professionnelles bienveillantes semblent la clé vers un mieux-être des élèves et des enseignants, ces pratiques restent peu répandues, en particulier chez les enseignant·e·s novices.
