Abstract
RésuméLe projet est aujourd’hui un élément de définition même de l’accompagnement social, quels que soient ses champs d’intervention. On peut situer son institutionnalisation première dans la loi rmi de 1988, consacrant « le projet d’insertion ». Pour autant, les évolutions politiques actuelles, et exemplairement la création du revenu de solidarité active, semblent participer à transformer une dynamique originale de projection en une technique de programmation ; une réduction qui implique un certain nombre de conséquences pour les pratiques socio-éducatives.
