Abstract
We present a theoretical investigation of Kerr-based squeezing at 515 nm for quantum-enhanced biological imaging. By employing squeezed light as the illumination source, noise can be suppressed below the shot-noise limit, which enables a higher signal-to-noise ratio without increasing the optical power.
