Abstract
Opinnäytetyössä tarkastellaan elämysten merkitystä yöelämää tapahtumatuotannon kontekstissa. Työn toimeksiantajana toimi Heidi’s Bier Bar Pori, joka pyrki vahvistamaan tapahtumatarjontaansa asiakaslähtöisemmäksi ja pyrki sekä vahvistamaan oman ravintolansa ja Porin yöelämän vetovoimaa. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää, miten tapahtumien suunnittelulla sekä toteutuksella voidaan vastata asiakkaiden odotuksiin ja tukea heidän kokemustaan elämyksellisyydestä. Tutkimuksen ensisijainen tavoite oli tuottaa toimeksiantajalle lisäarvoa kehittämällä uusi tapahtumakonsepti, jossa korostettiin elämyksellisyyttä ja ratkaisuja tapahtumatuotantoon. Ennen tapahtuman suunnitteluvaihetta toteutettiin asiakaskysely sosiaalisessa mediassa esiintyvässä julkaisussa, jossa oli linkki Google Forms -kyselyyn. Tavoitteena oli kartoittaa asiakkaiden toiveita ja odotuksia viikonlopputapahtumien suhteen. Kyselyn tulokset toimivat perustana konseptin varsinaiselle suunnittelulle. Kehittämistyön tuloksena syntyi tapahtuma nimeltään Rave Riot Party tapahtumakonsepti, joka yhdisti musiikin, visuaalisuuden ja osallistavuuden elämykselliseksi kokonaisuudeksi. Tapahtuma toteutettiin yhdessä toimeksiantajan kanssa, ja se toimi konkreettisena esimerkkinä siitä, kuinka asiakaslähtöinen suunnittelu ja elämyksellisyyden vahvistaminen voi edistää tapahtuman tavoitteita ja lisätä vetovoimaa yöelämässä.
