Abstract
La Fédération québécoise des organismes communautaires Famille (FQOCF) a constaté des défis importants en lien avec le recrutement et la rétention des travailleuses qualifiées en organisme communautaire Famille (OCF). Inspirée de la recherche participative ancrée dans la communauté, cette étude cherche à mieux comprendre les contextes de travail dans lesquels évoluent les travailleuses de ces organismes. Trois principaux enjeux affectant le travail en OCF (i.e. le sous-financement, les difficultés de recrutement et de rétention de la main-d’oeuvre et le manque de (re)connaissance du travail des OCF) de même que six conditions de travail favorisant la rétention ont été identifiés. Les résultats offrent un éclairage concernant les conditions structurelles dans lesquelles évoluent les OCF, qui contribuent à la précarisation des travailleuses.
