Les trajectoires professionnelles des nouveaux enseignants québécois : à l’intersection de deux régimes-temps?

Abstract
Cet article confronte les thèses de Rosa (2013) sur la construction de l’identité dans la modernité tardive aux trajectoires professionnelles des enseignants en début de carrière. Nos résultats suggèrent la persistance d’un modèle de carrière traditionnel, envisagé sur le long terme, aux côtés de trajectoires plus instables, marquées par la contingence et l’ouverture à d’autres perspectives professionnelles. Ces résultats s’expliqueraient possiblement par la persistance, jusqu’à présent, du régime-temps industriel de la modernité classique dans le milieu scolaire québécois, de même que par la nécessité d’inscrire l’acte d’éduquer dans la durée. Des distinctions relativement au genre des participants sont également discutées.
