Marketing analysis of development conditions of tourism in city quarter Troja

Abstract
This bachelor thesis was compiled by request of the mayor of city quarter Troja. Its aim is to analyze Troja's cultural and natural potential and to point out neglected places of interest, so far standing in shadow of Prague ZOO, Botanic garden and Castle Troja. The main purpose of the thesis is to offer particular possibilities for improving the level of promotion of individual objects and thereby disperse visitors all over the territory. The concept and length of the thesis were adjusted to submitter's requirements; therefore there is no usual division into theoretical and analytical part. It consists of several chapters analyzing Troja from different points of view: cultural and natural heritage, sport and recreation possibilities, transport infrastructure, the level and quality of accommodation and food and beverage facilities and finally from the viewpoint of promotion. Each section contains pregnant SWOT analysis and particular recommendations after introduction to the individual issue.
