Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to provide general information about the Canadian province Quebec, with emphasis on its cultural and commerce features. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to general characteristics of the territory, the main theme of the second chapter is a business negotiation and its requirements, the final chapter then deals with the culture of Quebec.
