Abstract
L’article présente une recherche-intervention collaborative et expérimentale avec des enseignants, reposant sur la mise en œuvre d’un dispositif d’éducation à la santé au travail en France pour des jeunes en formation professionnelle dans le secteur de la vente. Ce programme avait pour objectif de les sensibiliser aux liens entre travail et santé dans une perspective d’éthique appliquée. Ce dispositif a eu un effet sur les représentations de la santé au travail, sur une meilleure connaissance des acteurs de la prévention et sur les conséquences du travail sur la santé mentale, les projetant vers des intentions d’agir, ainsi que vers la nécessité d’agir de façon collective pour améliorer les situations de travail affectant la santé. Ce modèle éducatif centré sur la santé et l’éthique appliquée semble soutenir le développement du pouvoir d’agir chez les jeunes.
