Abstract
Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is one of the plant species with the best response to in vitro tissue culture. This methodology supports potato seed production processes, thereby contributing to a rapid spread of varieties, high genetic stability, and phytosanitary quality. The main problem in the potato sector is related to the use of low-quality seed that leads to seed degeneration, increases phytosanitary problems and costs, and decreases yield and production in crops. The objective of this research was to produce elite potato seeds of the Diacol Capiro variety in an aeroponic system. The plant material used was in vitro seedlings, which underwent an acclimatization process under controlled greenhouse conditions, covered with a mesh house. The seedlings were planted in 100 g plastic cups, which were filled with a substrate composed of a mixture of Canadian peat and coconut fibre. The plants were then left to produce mini tubers in this system, which were subsequently harvested, carved, and planted in an aeroponic system. Once the plants were planted in this system, two treatments were evaluated, the first (S1) consisting of two nutrient solutions with major and minor nutrients in two different concentrations, and the second (S2), consisting of three sizes of the mini tubers carved and planted in the aeroponic system. The results showed that the best treatment was solution S1, since it had the highest weight of tubers per plant, 356.6 g, compared to solution S2 with 56.19 g, a difference of 300 g/plant. In relation to the number of tubers per plant, S1 presented the highest number, 30.5 tubers, while S2 showed 10.4 tubers, a difference of 20.1 tubers/plant. With the treatment of seed tuber sizes sown in the aeroponic system, the 3 gram seeds gave the best yield, a total of 1338, whereas the seeds between 1-3 grams 885 tubers and the small seeds (< 1 gram), 643 tubers.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
