Abstract
Bu araştırmada duygu düzenleme güçlüğünün aleksitimi ve internet oyun oynama bozukluğu arasındaki ilişkide aracı rolünün olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında 402 ortaöğretim öğrencisine Toronto Aleksitimi Ölçeği, Duygu Düzenleme Güçlüğü ve İnternet Oyun Oynama Bozukluğu ölçeklerinin uygulanması ile yapılmıştır. Ayrıca internet oyun oynama bozukluğunun çeşitli demografik değişkenlerle olan ilişkileri ele alınmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre; aleksitiminin internet oyun oynama bozukluğunu hem doğrudan hem de duygu düzenleme güçlüğünün aracılığıyla yordadığı saptanmıştır. Kullanılan üç ölçeğin de aralarında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişki bulunmaktadır. Elde edilen bulgular, literatürde yer alan verilere dayalı olarak tartışılmıştır.
