Abstract
Bu araştırma romatoid artritli hastalarda, Planlı Davranış Teorisine'ne göre motivasyonel görüşmelerle uygulanan hemşire danışmanlığının; bireylerin ağrı, yorgunluk ve fonksiyonel durumuna etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapıldı. Araştırma, Hatay Mustafa Kemal Üniversitesi Sağlık Uygulama ve Araştırma Hastanesi romatoloji polikliniğinde, Ocak 2022-Temmuz 2022 tarihleri arasında yürütüldü. Randomize kontrollü olarak yapılan deneysel araştırma toplam 82 romatoid artrit hastası ile tamamlandı. Girişim grubundaki hastalara ön görüşmede eğitim verilerek, Planlı Davranış Teorisine dayalı motivasyonel görüşme doğrultusunda 12 hafta boyunca hemşire danışmanlığı hizmeti verildi. Hasta verilerinin elde edilmesinde; Hasta Tanıtım Formu, McGill Ağrı Ölçeği Kısa Formu (MAÖ-KF), Bristol Romatoid Artrit Yorgunluğu Çok Boyutlu Anketi (BRAF-MDQ), Stanford Sağlık Değerlendirme Ölçeği (HAQ) ve Davranış Değişikliği Kontrol Listesi kullanıldı. Verilerin analizi SPSS programının 26.0 sürümü kullanılarak, uygun istatistiksel yöntemlere göre yapıldı. Araştırmaya katılan hastaların çoğunun kadın, evli, ilkokul mezunu olduğu saptandı. Girişim grubundaki hastaların uygulama öncesi yüksek olan ağrı, yorgunluk ve sağlık değerlendirme puan ortalamalarının, uygulama sonrasında anlamlı düzeyde azaldığı görülürken, kontrol grubunda anlamlı bir değişiklik olmadığı saptandı. Planlı davranış teorisine dayalı motivasyonel görüşme doğrultusunda uygulanan hemşire danışmanlığının romatoid artritli hastalarının ağrı, yorgunluk ve fonksiyonel durumu yönetmede etkili bir girişim olduğu görüldü. Romatoloji hemşirelerinin, romatoid artritli hastaların eğitim ve izleminde teoriye/modele dayalı, motivasyonel görüşmelerle danışmanlık hizmeti sunmaları önerilmektedir.
