Field philosophy as a disruptive practice: between philosophical legitimacy and methodological divergence

Abstract
Philosophy is today called upon to redefine its modes of intervention in order to respond to growing demands for social relevance. This article proposes a critical exploration of field philosophy, understood as a practice grounded in lived realities and developed in dialogue with field actors. Drawing on authors such as FRODEMAN, VOLLAIRE, DESPRET, BUCHANAN, and STENGERS, we show that field philosophy breaks with the speculative academic model and distinguishes itself from the objectifying methods of the social sciences through its reflexive posture, its aim of co-constructing knowledge, and its attention to the dynamics of idea appropriation. By emphasizing post-research follow-up and the empowerment of actors, we propose recognizing field philosophy as a generative, relational, and transformational practice.
