Abstract

De nos jours, les organisations gouvernementales tirent profit des technologies de l’information pour soutenir la gestion de l’information documentaire à des fins d’amélioration de la qualité de la prestation des services publics et d’optimisation de la communication avec le public. Le numérique se veut ainsi un moyen mis à profit pour réinventer de la relation citoyenne à l’État, et ce, par le déploiement de plusieurs stratégies à cette fin. Parmi celles-ci, on note le déploiement des plateformes du gouvernement en ligne, du gouvernement ouvert et des données gouvernementales ouvertes. Cette contribution se propose d’aborder les manifestations de ces stratégies dans le contexte gouvernemental canadien. Chacune de celles-ci préfigure des logiques différentes de gestion de l’information et engendre des enjeux qui sont à pallier par les archivistes, notamment en mobilisant le potentiel de l’intelligence artificielle dans une telle optique.
