Abstract
Le dossier santé Picardie (DSP) est une expérimentation régionale qui préfigure l’implantation du dossier médical personnel (DMP) au niveau national. Il s’agit d’une base de données reconstituant l’histoire médicale du patient sous forme de dossier informatisé communiquant. L’objectif principal du DSP est le même que celui du DMP, à savoir intégrer tout un ensemble de données médicales dans un dossier sécurisé accessible en ligne, afin d’améliorer la coordination et la communication entre les différents professionnels de santé – e.g. entre médecine de ville, en cabinet, et établissements de soins. Notre objectif est de présenter la stratégie de déploiement du dispositif adoptée par le maître d’ouvrage et de voir comment les médecins picards ont intégré à leurs pratiques des usages du DSP, c’est-à-dire comment, de façon concrète, les médecins l’ont créé et alimenté, et ont pris connaissance de son contenu. Nous avons également cherché à savoir si les usages du DSP ont pu contribuer à créer, modifier ou renforcer des modes de coordination entre médecins et avec d’autres professionnels de santé.
