Ce chapitre est consacré à la formation aux Psychothérapie centrée sur la personne et expérientielle. Il reprend la logique qui sous-tend les formations aux PCPE, leurs composantes et leur efficacité en termes d’acquis d’apprentissage. Ce chapitre présente brièvement les diverses méthodes d’apprentissage de la PCPE et explique en quoi chacune d’elles est validée et ce qu’elles apportent à la formation des psychothérapeutes. Sont abordés les jeux de rôle débriefés, les groupes de rencontre expérientiels, la supervision clinique, la thérapie personnelle, la pratique réflexive et les travaux intégratifs (de fin) de formation. Enfin, les instituts, écoles ou lieux de formation dont disposent les personnes qui souhaitent se former aux PCPE en Europe francophone mais aussi au Canada et au Maroc sont repris.
