Abstract
Cet article explore comment la narration fragmentée et l’hybridité dialogique de Westworld (HBO, 2016-2022) déconstruisent les catégories identitaires fixes en inscrivant ses figures posthumaines dans une dynamique queer et collective. À travers l’entrelacement des récits et la multiplicité des points de vue, la série met en scène des identités fluides et mutantes, transcendant le genre et l’individualité. Cette analyse interroge si Westworld témoigne d’une sémiologie du désastre, où toute subjectivité stable devient impossible face aux transformations technologiques et culturelles du xxi e siècle, ou si elle propose finalement une utopie posthumaniste où l’identité devient interconnectée.
