Abstract
Cet article propose une analyse de la série Game of Thrones à travers la notion de mutation, envisagée comme une dynamique de prise de pouvoir. Nous analysons deux tropes de la transformation pour montrer que la série oppose la métamorphose spectaculaire de Daenerys à l’hybridation chamanique de Bran, cette dernière apparaissant comme une alternative aux structures de pouvoir traditionnelles. À travers une approche philosophique et anthropologique, nous interrogeons la manière dont Game of Thrones met en scène une recomposition des frontières entre l’humain et le non-humain, ouvrant ainsi une réflexion sur les formes contemporaines du pouvoir.
