Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Urban environments are made up of several interconnected components to form a content and a container capable of contributing to the functioning of the city. It has been observed that these components can be different but coexist willy-nilly to the detriment of the urban living environment and the functional balance of the city. Nevertheless, when it comes to industrial activities at risk, the consequences with regard to several types of pollution (air, noise, waste, etc.) no longer need to be demonstrated. It is obvious that the city cannot combine industrial activities with residential functions within a framework of sustainable development. It must constitute a safe and healthy ecosystem for residents. To address this issue, several questions need to be asked: Is the deindustrialization of cities feasible? How much does the industrial relocation operation cost? Who are the actors involved in this operation?

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
