Abstract
Tras la crisis económica global de 2008 se publicaron en España varias obras literarias que tratan de la crisis permanente en la que existen las sociedades del neoliberalismo avanzado. Ana Iris Simón y Daniel Gascón pertenecen al grupo creciente de los escritores españoles quienes exploran la posibilidad de resistir la neoliberalización no solo de la economía sino también de las facetas políticas y afectivas de nuestras vidas. Un hipster en la España vacía (2020) de Daniel Gascón y Feria (2020) de Ana Iris Simón plantean la imposibilidad de socavar los fundamentos del orden económico neoliberal si antes no se subvierte su dimensión simbólica.
