Colloque annuel de l’association « Politiques et Management Publics »Jeudi 30 mai et vendredi 31 mai 2024 – La Rochelle Université « L’action publique face aux problèmes pernicieux : quels dispositifs stratégiques concevoir ? » Le colloque de l’APMP 2024 propose ainsi de s’interroger sur, d’une part, la tendance à « problématiser » comme pernicieux des phénomènes contemporains, et, d’autre part, sur les effets de couplage-cadrage entre les problèmes et les solutions que cette problématisation induit. Parmi les effets, nous pouvons, entre autres, constater une certaine réduction des solutions possibles, avec un déplacement de l’attention vers le côté « innovant » de mécanismes de gouvernance (Gruendel, 2022), au détriment des résultats obtenus.
