Abstract
Cet article aborde les enjeux de santé mentale du personnel scolaire au Québec, où la détresse psychologique liée au travail est en forte augmentation. La pénurie de main-d’oeuvre et le roulement élevé de personnel en éducation aggravent la charge de travail et nuit à son bien-être et à sa santé mentale. Une revue rapide de littérature a été réalisée pour recenser les interventions organisationnelles efficaces dans les écoles. Six études internationales ont été retenues, mettant en lumière les risques psychosociaux, tels que la charge de travail élevée, le manque de reconnaissance et d’autonomie décisionnelle. Les résultats soulignent l’importance de cibler les facteurs organisationnels pour améliorer la santé mentale et l’environnement de travail du personnel scolaire.
