Abstract
"Dans le cadre du projet d’envergure Transitions réussies vers les études supérieures: un défi interordres, l’Université du Québec, des chercheurs et des organismes partenaires de six régions québécoises s’allient pour présenter cette communication. Mettant en lumière la nature innovante, scientifique et collaborative de ce projet, cette présentation vise à exposer les visées développementales des activités ainsi créées pour et par des personnes actives dans l’accompagnement de jeunes du secondaire à l’université, et à exposer le but ultime de cette initiative: consolider un modèle et préciser des mesures structurantes de soutien aux transitions interordres et intercycles. Grâce à la concertation des corps professoral, scientifique et professionnel, cette initiative collaborative fonctionnelle, sa structure complémentaire et sa philosophie coconstructive serviront de base à la discussion, afin d’inspirer les communautés professionnelles à considérer des pratiques similaires pour favoriser à leur tour des transitions réussies." -- AQPC
