Abstract
À notre époque marquée par la multiplication des conflits, de nombreuses personnes entreprennent un processus migratoire pour fuir les violences. Paradoxalement, ces déplacements sont également caractérisés par un continuum de violences pour les personnes cherchant refuge. S’inscrivant dans le champ des études féministes des déplacements forcés, ce projet vise à comprendre comment les systèmes d’oppression influencent la production et la transformation des violences qui affectent les trajectoires migratoires des personnes cherchant refuge dans la région de Québec. La documentation des trajectoires migratoires individuelles et collectives, basée sur 38 récits de personnes en situation de refuge et 65 entretiens auprès de professionnel·les, a permis de dresser un portait contextualisé de la situation. L’analyse a également permis de comprendre les inégalités qui alimentent le continuum des violences et de proposer une version améliorée du cadre théorique du continuum des violences des personnes en situation de refuge.
