Abstract
Cette conférence fut présentée lors du Colloque 2025, Santé psychologique au travail : allier la recherche à la pratique. Au Québec, la réforme de la loi sur la santé et la sécurité au travail provoque d’importants changements sur les liens entre les risques psychosociaux et le monde du travail. Pour bien informer les employés et les gestionnaires sur les risques psychosociaux, il importe d’offrir des interventions basées sur des données scientifiques solides. La discussion s’appuie sur une expérience double : d’une part, celle d’un chercheur dans les milieux de travail, et d’autre part, celle d’un employeur chargé d’appliquer divers règlements et politiques. Cette perspective met en lumière l’importance de voir la recherche comme une base fiable pour guider les pratiques dans les organisations. L’efficacité des actions organisationnelles repose sur l’adoption d’une démarche structurée utilisant des indicateurs scientifiques crédibles. En s’appuyant sur la recherche, il devient possible de combler les lacunes de connaissance et de soutenir l’implantation de stratégies adaptées pour améliorer la santé mentale au travail.
