Abstract
In order to solve the problems of high complexity of asset manager integration and inefficiency of compliance reporting in Canadian pension investment operation management, this study proposes a pension investment operation platform architecture and implementation program based on multi-stakeholder collaboration. By establishing a unified business process model and integrating more than 200 external asset managers, the platform automates compliance monitoring and reporting for over C$10 billion worth of assets, significantly improving internal data transparency and audit responsiveness. The study further analyzes the factors affecting the training and adaptation process of users from different departments after the platform went live, and explores the key success factors of technology implementation under the multi-stakeholder collaboration model.
